CREDAI ODISHA is the apex body of the real estate developers in the state, initially started in the name of OCHDA ( Orissa chambers of real estate Developers Association ) in year 2003 and later become the affiliated Member of CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developer's Associations of India)is the apex body of the organized real estate developers/builders across India. 21 State/City level associations viz. Andhra Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Delhi-NCR, Goa, Gujrat, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharastra, Orissa, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamilnadu, Uttar Pradesh & West Bengal spread over across 18 states of India are members of CREDAI with over 13000+  individual members developers encompassing over 60% of the organised private state/cities in the country.
