After receiving information from Honble Mayor BMC Sri Ananta Narayan Jena regarding a poor patient undergoing treatment at KIMS is unable to pay the charges for his treatment, CREDAI has extended their hands to bear the expenses of treatment of Sri Pradipta Kumar Pattnaik of village Bolagada, Khurda presently residing at LC – 136/22, Sailashree Vihar, Bhubaneswar.
Mr. Binay Krishna Das, President, Mr. Ashok Kumar Pattnaik, Vice President – I, Mr.Umesh Patnaik, Gen. Secretary, and Mr. Surya Kanta Nanda, Jt. Secretary, of CREDAI Odisha visited KIMS and found that the above mentioned patient is in the I.C.U. for treatment of Spinal Cord injury . The patient is partly recovered but still requires treatment for bed shores & physiotherapy. As the patient is unable to pay the charges for the treatment already given to him in the I.C.U. We have decided to pay Rs.30, 000/- which was outstanding with KIMS. As per the advice of doctors the patient needs to stay for another one month in General word for further treatment. The approximate additional expenses will be around Rs.15, 000/-.
Mr. Binay Krishna Das, President, CREDAI-Odisha has handed over the cheque amounting Rs 30,000/-(Thirty Thousand only) drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd. to Sri. Dilip Patra, G.M. of KIMS as treatment expenses on behalf of CREDAI-Odisha.
CREDAI-Odisha have taken the above mentioned step as a social obligation towards the society. We can do further with the co operation from all the members to change our face value in the society. So we request all who is willing to help the patient individually can do it through CREDAI.
